The Challenge

An insurer approached Ingenuity to support the rollout of their commercial insurance products, built in Polaris and launched on Acturis over a 24-month period. Each scheme required custom testpacks tailored to the diverse question sets and complex rating structures. These testpacks needed to be executed on the Acturis system, with all issues identified, fixed, and re-tested before the schemes could go live. Beyond the rollout, Ingenuity was tasked with maintaining these testpacks to support the insurer's regular updates and evolving product requirements.
